Steps for OHIO Renewal Patients (NOT An OHIO RENEWAL SCROLL ↓DOWN↓)

- THANKS FOR RENEWING WITH US, but your job isn’t done yet! Follow the steps below to get your copy of this year’s Ohio Medical Marijuana Card!
- Go to the states website and login to your account. The States website is: OhioMedicalMarijuanaRegistry.com (Don’t know your password, just reset it)
- Once Logged in Push RED button that says, either RENEW CARD or ACTIVATE CARD
- Submit card activation fee to the state of Ohio by Debit or Credit Card
- Push GRAY button underneath the image of your Marijuana Card that says, DOWNLOAD. (note: then print copy of your marijuana card)
**If you purchased a Hard Plastic card, please give us 24 -72 hrs to print. Once printed, your Hard card will be mailed to the address we have on file. For more on that process contact our office at (419)237-7119.**
Steps for OHIO NEW Patients (NOT AN OHIO NEW PATIENT ↓ KEEP SCROLLING↓)

- Look out for 2 separate emails from the State of Ohio. CLICK on the 1st email you received. It will say “No-Reply-Pmpaware”
- In the email click the word [LINK] it should be half of the way down and underlined!
- Create your password to your account and login( Note: Save or write down password )
- Push the RED button that says, SAVE PREFERENCES
- Push RED button that says, ACTIVATE CARD
- Submit card activation fee to the state of Ohio by Debit or Credit Card
- Push GRAY button underneath the image of your Marijuana Card that says, DOWNLOAD. (note: then print copy of your marijuana card)
- YOU’RE LEGAL! You can use that copy of your marijuana card at the dispensary!
Steps for OHIO NEW Caregivers (NOT AN OHIO NEW CAREGIVER KEEP ↓SCROLLING↓)
