Ohio Medical Marijuana Dispensaries/Law Information: As per House Bill No.523, effective September 8th, 2016, the state of Ohio authorizes the use of medical marijuana for patients with qualifying conditions and establishes the Medical Marijuana Control Program. Ohio medical marijuana card patients or caregivers may possess no more than a 90-day supply of medical marijuana, equalling eight ounces of marijuana or marijuana products with the equivalent amount of THC.

However, in the event one of our state of Ohio certified doctors determines you are unqualified for a medical marijuana card, the entire cost of an appointment will be WAIVED.
What is the cost for a medical marijuana card in Ohio?
Many Ohio doctors charge over $500 for an initial examination to obtain an Ohio medical marijuana card. Beyond an initial examination, many of these doctors charge patients an additional $125 dollars every 3 months for follow-up visits.
