Johns Hopkins<\/a>\u00a0researchers, in cooperation with\u00a0Realm of Caring<\/a>, a nonprofit dedicated to therapeutic marijuana research, collected data from 1,276 patients associated with the organization. Researchers surveyed subjects every three months between April 2016 and February 2018 for the study, soon-to-be published in the journal,\u00a0Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research.<\/em><\/p>\n

Medical marijuana users who participated in the study, recorded significant improvements in quality of life and health satisfaction over the control group. They also experienced less pain, depression, and anxiety than non-users.<\/p>\n

\u00a0This study shows clearly that cannabinoids have a very positive effect on health outcomes across the board among all age groups and demographics.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Researchers noted that some members of the control group began using medical marijuana during the study and reported higher health and well-being levels even after the fact.<\/p>\n
