The pandemic is stressing people out. But many of them are drinking less booze.  A recent Harris Poll has found that marijuana use spiked during the pandemic and that users prefer it over alcohol. ​

The pandemic is stressing people out. But rather than running to the liquor cabinet, folks these days are rolling up. A recent Harris Poll has found that marijuana use spiked during the pandemic and that users prefer it over alcohol. 

The survey determined that nearly half of adult consumers replaced or reduced alcohol with cannabis during Coronavirus. And there was even distribution. Numbers were similar across regions, educational levels, and marital statuses. 

Cannabis has been even more popular among parents during the pandemic. More than half of respondents with kids had increased consumption, compared to just over a third of those without. 

Stress is a given in the midst of a pandemic. Especially if you're raising kids. Luckily, there's help.
