Under initiative 65, all production and licensing must be in place by July 1, 2021. Since there is still time before the launch of medical marijuana in Mississippi, patients can tell by viewing the bulleted list below if they qualify.<\/p>\n<p>Listed below are the qualifying conditions approved by the Mississippi State Department of Health for Medical Marijuana treatment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome<\/li>\n<li>Agitation of dementias<\/li>\n<li>Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis<\/li>\n<li>Autism with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors<\/li>\n<li>Cachexia<\/li>\n<li>Cancer<\/li>\n<li>Chronic or debilitating pain<\/li>\n<li>Crohn\u2019s disease<\/li>\n<li>Epilepsy, or other seizures<\/li>\n<li>Glaucoma<\/li>\n<li>Huntington\u2019s disease<\/li>\n<li>Intractable nausea<\/li>\n<li>Multiple Sclerosis<\/li>\n<li>Muscular Dystrophy<\/li>\n<li>Pain refractory to appropriate opioid management<\/li>\n<li>Parkinson\u2019s disease<\/li>\n<li>Positive status for Human Immunodeficiency virus<\/li>\n<li>Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder<\/li>\n<li>Severe muscle spasticity<\/li>\n<li>Sickle-cell Anemia<\/li>\n<li>Spinal cord disease or severe injury<\/li>\n<li>Ulcerative Colitis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-Qualify!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently, there are 22 qualifying conditions that are approved in Mississippi for medical marijuana.
