Everyone that enters a Mississippi dispensary will need to be approved and be registered with the state by their physician prior to purchasing medical marijuana.

How does one qualify to be a caregiver for a Mississippi marijuana cardholder? 

Caregivers must be 21 or older, be a resident of Mississippi, and register online with the state after the patient is approved for their medical card.
